Read the following section to find answers to our most frequently asked questions.

  • Are your fragrances skin safe?
    Yes! We carefully formulate all of our recipes using safe levels of fragrance and essential oils to ensure that our products are in fact skin safe.
  • Do your fragrances contain parabens?
    Our fragrances are phthalate and paraben-free. They are also vegan!
  • What is the shelf life of your products?
    Product shelf life usually ranges from 2 to 3 years. Products with an expiration date printed on them usually have an active ingredient that expires prior to 2-3 years. Please refer to the Best By (BB) date or indicator printed on our products to determine their shelf life. ​
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept payments through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, then no worries! You can use any major credit/debit card by checking out as a "guest" through PayPal. Through PayPal checkout, you can purchase your order using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card.​ You can also purchase your order using a Kerr Bath & Body E-gift Card.​
  • How can I request to be notified if an out of stock product I want becomes available?
    If you are interested in purchasing an out-of-stock item, then you can send a back-in-stock request to be notified when that item has been restocked. Simply click "Notify When Available" on the product page.
  • I wanted to purchase a product from a previous sale but can't find it. Is there a way for me to order the product although it isn't on your website anymore?
    Some of our sale items are Limited Edition. Once the sale ends, these items are removed from our website. Once an item is no longer featured on our website, then it is no longer available for purchase.
  • Do you offer curbside pickup or deliver locally?
    We do not currently offer curbside pickup, nor do we provide local delivery services at this time.
