In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following section to find out more about how we ship products.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Kerr Bath and Body offers FREE standard shipping every day with a minimum total purchase amount of $75.

We ship all packages within the United States via USPS*. 

 

We currently do not offer international shipping and do not ship to PO Boxes or Military locations (Apo/Fpo/Dpo). 

We do not ship to Alaska, The District of Columbia or Hawaii. 

  

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). 

  

The normal delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days.

Due to COVID-19 measures and unprecedented high demand on our shipping partners, some orders may take longer to arrive.

If you do not receive your order within seven to fourteen business days of receiving a ship notification, please contact customer support by emailing: support@kerrbathandbody.com

  

Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume. 

  

Kerr Bath & Body is not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect address. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct mailing address at the time of order. Kerr Bath and Body will not make address adjustments unless notified prior to the order being shipped. Please take a moment to verify that you are entering the correct address for shipping before your order is submitted.  

  

If the product is undeliverable, it will be up to the purchaser to repay for shipping. 

  

If you have entered the wrong address, immediately email us at support@kerrbathandbody.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we will not be responsible for any order shipped to the wrong address. 

  

*We cannot guarantee the replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.
