OUR RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love our products. However, in the event that you do not, we gladly accept returns of most new and unused products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns of clearance or discontinued items.
To begin processing a return, please contact our customer care team at returns@kerrbathandbody.com to request a return authorization number. To complete your return, your item must be received by our returns department within 30 calendar days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip with a return authorization number.

If an item you receive is defective or damaged, we will be happy to exchange it for the same item.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
A 100% REFUND, EXCLUDING SHIPPING, WILL BE PROCESSED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN.
WHOLESALE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE!
